I ordered a photo poster as a surprise gift for someone. Albert helped us when we came to pick up the poster. He was patient with us as we looked over the print and were deciding how to travel with it. Albert made suggestions and was extremely helpful in ensuring that our photo will travel to its destination safely. I feel comfortable knowing that the print will arrive without any damage and am so grateful for the time he spent patiently with us. Albert was wonderful and made us glad that we purchased the print through FedEx.

Albert was amazing. My non-profit was shipping items across the country and the original cost was around $80. However, Albert asked me what was in there, and asked if he could help by opening it and shrinking down the box since there was room. With my approval, he did so, and he ended up shrinking down the box and saving my organization $50. I cannot thank him enough!!!!
