  • Mitchell, SD (opening summer 2024!): The World’s Only Corn Palace is open year-round and is free to visit! From the building’s exterior corn murals to the interior gymnasium and gift shop, this unique destination truly is one-of-a-kind!
  • St. George, UT: Visitors to Red Hills Desert Garden experience Utah’s first interactive desert garden, with water-efficient landscapes, endangered species, and prehistoric tracks all in one spot. The museum is open daily and is free to all visitors.
  • Dahlgren/King George, VA: At Rose Grove Plantation, visitors experience a Northern Shenandoah antebellum plantation that began in the 18th century and is still farmed today. Guided tours last about an hour with additional time to explore the grounds and landscape.

  • Anchorage, AK: Experience Anchorage’s Mushing District, which celebrates the rich history of dog mushing in Alaska! Watch for the steel arch over Fourth Avenue, the starting line of the World Championship Race and the Idatarod Race. It’s also the finish line for the World Championship!
  • Loveland, CO: Blue FCU Arena is a multipurpose facility that hosts hockey, basketball, football, rodeos, concerts, trade shows, and more. The 6,800-seat arena is home to the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League.
  • Twin Falls, ID: CSI Eldon Evans Expo Center is home to the “Golden Eagles” National Championship Rodeo Team! The 3,500-seat CSI Eldon Evans Expo Center hosts rodeo practice and competitions, houses equine and vet tech instruction, holds home and garden shows, and other events.
  • Ankeny/Des Moines, IA: Principal Park is a minor league baseball stadium in Des Moines, home of the International League’s Iowa Cubs! Their season runs March through September and offers fun specialty events, group ticket discounts, picnic packages, and more!
  • Grand Forks, ND: Ralph Engelstad Arena is home to the University of North Dakota’s men’s ice hockey program and is often regarded as one of the finest hockey facilities in the world! Daily tours of ‘The Ralph’ are given Monday through Friday at 1:30 p.m.
  • Portland East, OR: The Moda Center, previously called the Rose Garden, is the main indoor sports arena in Portland. It’s used for basketball, hockey, rodoes, conventions, and other events. The Moda Center is home to the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers and the CHL’s Portland Winterhawks.

  • Moab, UT: Lions Park is known as Moab’s Gateway to its Natural Wonders because it offers direct connections to many paved trails and parks, like Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Restrooms and picnic areas are available.
  • Salt Lake City/West Valley City, UT: The Maverik Center seats up to 12,000 people while hosting big-name concerts, live family shows, ice events, wrestling, and more. It’s also the home of the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies.
  • Yakima, WA: Yakima County Stadium is home to the West Coast League’s Yakima Valley Pippins baseball team. Their season runs May through August.
  • Green Bay, WI: Lambeau Field is home to the NFL’s Green Bay Packers. Schedule a stadium tour, available daily except game days, or visit the Hall of Fame, a 15,000-square-foot facility that houses the history of Wisconsin’s most famous team.
  • Rock Springs, WY: Just 30 miles north of Rock Springs, Killpecker Sand Dunes is the perfect place for sledding and sandboarding. Side-by-sides, 4-wheelers, and other recreational vehicles are also welcome to the fee-free area.

  • Wixom/Novi/Detroit, MI: Lyon Oaks preserves 800 acres of environmentally sensitive wetlands inside a 1,000-acre park. Visitors take advantage of a day-use area with picnic shelter and playground, volleyball, horseshoes, soccer, and cricket fields, plus six miles of natural trails and a dog park, all adjacent to an 18-hole golf course and event center.
  • North Las Vegas, NV: The Aliante Nature Discovery Park is a 20-acre park, plus a lake, waterfall, and dinosaur-themed kids area in North Las Vegas. The park also offers tennis, volleyball, bocce courts, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, several picnic sites, and an amphitheater.
  • Pittsburgh North/Monaca, PA: Bring the family out to the quaint Monaca Riverfront Park that lives up to its name as it sits right along the Ohio River. The park is just over two miles from My Place.
  • Aberdeen, SD: Dive into a land inspired by nursery rhymes, where guests can visit a castle, navigate a maze, and even take a stroll through the Land of Oz! At Storybook Land, visitors can take a ride on the Storybook Land Express, take a spin on the carousel, feed the farm animals, and more!
  • Salt Lake City/West Jordan, UT: West Jordan has over 350 acres of park properties, including Veterans Memorial Park. Pavilions are available for rent while kids discover the Wild West Jordan Playground.
