Job Summary: Perform technical procedures using magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation (Radiographer) to detect pathology. Regulate equipment, process, and organize images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology
Experience: Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required; 3 years preferred
Certifications/Licenses: FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License, ARRT (MR) certification, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform technical procedures using magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation (Radiographer) to detect pathology
Regulate equipment, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety
Process, organize, and store images in PACS system
Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize imaging results
Maintain equipment, ensuring functionality and safety standards
Adhere to protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
Participate in continuous education to stay updated with technological advancements
